SACRAMENTO

Sacramento is located in the West of the United States, and is the capital of the state of California. The city also has the nickname,“The Big Tomato,”due to the multitude of tomato canning factories in the city. The“Kings” basketball team, the“Republic” football team and the “River Cats” baseball team are the important sports teams from Sacramento. The Sacramento History Museum, the Crocker Art Museum, and the Aerospace Museum of California, are among the prominent museums in the city. The city is also home to the Sacramento Zoo, which has exhibited a variety of species since 1927, and the “Subtile” kinetic sculpture built using 34,000 pieces of mirror by Federico Diaz.
